The study conducted in the UK has indicated coffee consumption of up to 3 cups per day was associated with favourable cardiovascular outcomes.
Regular coffee consumption was also associated with a likely healthy pattern of cardiovascular magnetic resonance metrics in keeping with the reverse of age-related cardiac alterations.
Even though coffee is one of the most consumed products in the world on a daily basis, little is known about its long-term impact on our health. However, studies have shown that coffee plays a preventative role against cancer, obesity, type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.
