Could a coffee a day keep the doctor away?

A study published in the European Journal of Preventative Cardiology reports that up to 3 coffees per day may be associated with better cardiac and arterial health. The study conducted in the UK has indicated coffee consumption of up to 3 cups per day was associated with favourable cardiovascular outcomes.

Regular coffee consumption was also associated with a likely healthy pattern of cardiovascular magnetic resonance metrics in keeping with the reverse of age-related cardiac alterations.

Even though coffee is one of the most consumed products in the world on a daily basis, little is known about its long-term impact on our health. However, studies have shown that coffee plays a preventative role against cancer, obesity, type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.

So, it would seem Coffee may be good for your health, just like composting our certified coffee cups is good for the environment! A coffee (or 3) a day, may keep the doctor away – and it tastes that bit better from one of our compostable coffee cups! 💚♻
